About Sergury Center

Preformed with the purpose of properly filling the scrotum, testicular enlargement (enhancement), is accomplished by adding ovoid-shaped implants in front of the already existing testes. This addition fills the scrotum with the proper appearance (unlike scrotum fillers), achieving well-represented gonads with both visual and sensational success.
Ovoid testicular prostheses are available both in saline filled and soft silicone models. The texture of the soft silicone models is minimally firmer than a normal testicle and generally well accepted by our patients. FDA approved soft silicone sizes range up to 2 inches in length, which is somewhat longer than the average adult testis (normally about 1 3/4″ to 1 7/8″).

A testicular enlargement surgery center is a licensed facility that is not part of a hospital, but may also be Medicaid/Medicare certified. The primary purpose of this type of facility is to provide effective, outpatient surgical care.
